    Blood test results
So I had a blood test done it came back with a low red cell count. Nine days before I could keep food down and I was very sick. I feel like a hundred bucks now but the doctors are wanting me to get an ultra sound because they think I may have a variety of liver and or gall bladder diseases . Could my count have just been low because of vomiting so much an not being able to hold food down. I have no pain and feel fine now.

Maybe, so why not just another blood test to verify ? Just because you feel great, does not mean you are not seriously ill. My close friend Author died last year, he had cancer so serious, only lived about 6 week after it was detected. He had just went on holiday and was planning his summer. He was feeling great.

I'm going to get the ultra sound soon but I believe from looking it up that malnutrition caused my low blood count. I've always taken multivitamin. And now I'm starting iron.

Not eating well will certainly effect your red blood cell count because you are depriving your body of nutrients. Taking a multi vitamin and more iron will certainly help but they are only meant to supplement a nutritious well balanced diet.
