    Enforcement order
My partner has recently been to court to issue and enforcement order on his ex to see his kids, they have let him see his kids and done their safeguarding checks on him his ex and the children, however they have said they are rescheduling for 8 weeks time and that I am to attend the next hearing for me to be able to be around the kids, will they do any checks on me if so what checks as I have children and don't see why they would need to check on my children I have a caution against me for slapping my partner in the face(an argument that got out of hand as we had seen his ex that night and yet again as it had been for 2nhalf years her and her friends started shouting and abusing us) and will they disclose this info to his ex as she's really mean and I don't want h knowing about my life .I have 1 child with my partner and its her siblings that he's getting the access to.Many thanks

If there is some reason for safety checks to be in place then yes most likely they will check you out too and your children. Should anything adverse come of it then you may be restrained from being around his children.
