    Gas furnace
I need help! I have the biggest nightmare furnace repair job...
Ran all of the diagnostics... had to replace relay board, then capacitor, then blower motor, then draft motor, then ignition module...

Now the tstat calls for heat... a minute or so goes by and no draft motor... then blower kicks on blowing cold air. Another minute goes by and then apparently the draft motor kicks on because I hear the flame kick on. Then the cycle finishes.

If tstat calls for heat, I can bump the access door on the furnace and the draft motor will kick right on...

    Can anyone help? Please!

Unless you got hit by lightning, I have never seen that many parts go bad at the same time. By the time you paid for parts, you could have bought a new furnace.ak. Bumping the door is closing the switch. Close the door tighter. Sounds like the unit is running a purge cycle. Does it run 3 times and lockout? How long does the flame stay on? From what you are saying, it could be just the door switch. Jumper the switch, turn off the power for 5 minutes and try a restart.

All right... please... I need some help! My Thermostat calls for heat, draft inducer doesn't kick on, so no flame. Then blower kicks on blowing cold air... part way through the cycle the inducer kicks on and flame kicks on and blows heat for the remaining cycle time.

What is causing my furnace to cycle out of order??
