    Salt and ice burn?
So I did the salt & ice challenge about 2 weeks ago and my friend pushed it down hard for about a minute. The skin started to burn very badly and turn red then blue when she removed the ice. It developed a big blister on it and then the blister fell off about 4 days later. I put peroxide on it to keep it clean. Now it has brown dots everywhere in it and a slight bit of color is coming back. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process, make it not scar? Also pleas tell me what went on when I did this. (Like why it turned colors and stuff)

You gave yourself a third degree burn. The only thing that will heal this is time. It may or may not leave a permanent scar.

I did the salt and ice challenge on Wednesday. I held the ice on for only 25-30 seconds. It doesn't hurt but it is just red and I want to know if there is a way to get the redness away or get it to go? Yes I know it's stupid you don't have to point it out again.
