    Salt and ice burn!!
    I did the salt and ice challenge on Wednesday. I held the ice on for only 25-30 seconds. It doesn't hurt but it is just red and I want to know if there is a way to get the redness away or get it to go? Yes I know it's stupid you don't have to point it out again.

    Bet you feel really smart now... incidentally... it DOES need pointed out. Because there are still kids dumb enough to do this every day. Maybe they will see this post and think twice before they do it.

    You have to wait until it heals... if it gets infected go to a doctor.

    You now have a second- or third-degree burn. Only time will take care of the redness. It may blister and even get infected, especially if you pick and poke on it.

    Does it hurt?
