    Lock light is on even when the door is open
    Control panel will not work, lock light is on with door open or door closed. I unplugged washer overnight still the same problem

    You will have to take it apart and get to l;ock to check the switch with an ohm meter. It must be stuck closed, but you will have to check it before replacing it because it could have other problems.
