    How do you release a water line under a sink that has a quick connect fitting
    Im trying to replace a check valve under a kitchen sink. How do I release the flexible water line from the quick connect nipple on the check valve?

    What kind of check valve? What line is it on. Is it a Gatorbite or similar?

    Most quick connect units have a nylon collar or ring which must be compressed back into or toward the body of the unit, once the nylon collar is pressed in the tubing can ne gently pulled out
