    Self control?Teen alcohol and tabacco use.
    So hey guys,me again.I have been having more issues lately,yay.One of them is Ive just completely lost all of myself control.When i have an issue i smoke or drink,which is not ok because im a 13 year old girl and i dont have a clue what its doing to my body,i cut,i burn,i dont eat or i eat a ton and throw up.I dont like life at all.I want a normal healthy childhood,I grew up too fast,i miss it.I want to know healthy ways to get me back on a good path,i want to be healthy,i want to stop with the addictions but its really really hard.Any ideas thoughts?I want my life back,i want me back.

    Ask your parents to find a good counselor for you. You can't do this by yourself.
