    What to do about boils in testicle area?
    Sir,

    On my testicles many small boils type things came out in last 4-5days. These are every where on my genitals. Due to these I'm not able to wear my undergarment and not also free to walk. These are small open wound type.

    Before there were only 2/3. At that time I was applied CANDID-B lotion (itching cream) but now condition is horrible they are every where. If you think this is due to sex then I tell you clearly I'm virgin guy.

    Please help me.

    Then this is a completely different issue. I was thinking an STI, but if you're a virgin that would be difficult. Have you gone to the doctor about these?

    You will need to see a doctor...this could be anything.
