    Tenants on Social security that I have to evict
    I was just wondering if the SSI department wouldhave my evicted tenants face consequnces if they damage my rental/

    Why do you think SSI would care that your tenants damage your property? That's what you get a security deposit for. The SSA has enough problems to try and come down on recipients unless it is for fraud in obtaining SSI.
