    I hear a drip from upstairs tub/shower when water is running for a while.
    We are starting to see stains on ceiling below. I think it is the drain. How do I fix it?

    Well first you have to find out what's leaking.

    Most bathrooms have a tub access hole located behind the front of the tub. Open it up and tell us what you find the moisture. Let us know, Tom
