Test method for ICP Heil Tempstar Fan Relay
Is there a method to test a ICP Heil Tempstar Fan Relay Control Board HQ1005229WA 1005229 Heating Element?
Is this the most common part to fail when a furnace does not blow hot air? The thermostat calls for heat and the unit starts to go through the heating cycle, the igniter glows red for about three seconds, the gas valve never opens. If there is a way to bypass this switch and get the furnace to run, then I can replace this switch if it's the one causing the gas valve not to open. Thanks, |
