I'm confused too? Am I too understand that after his wife divorced him he moved into your home or apartment that you are paying for and when you tell him to leave he says he's staying? How exactly does he get to make that decision? Get a backbone and kick him out. If he starts giving you trouble call the police and explain the situation. They will escort him out for you.

Learn how to say NO, and stand up for yourself. He wouldn't be running over you if you didn't let him. You should be mad as hell at this sort of treatment, instead of confused.

Looks like another case of the cycle of abuse starting with yet another girl.

Janine is right. This does sound like another case of abuse. Whether it be mental, physical. Him forcing himself and not taking no for an answer. If he does not leave your property and you want him to leave and do not want anything to do with him. You need to get a restraining order, you need to call the police to remove him from your property and you need to change your locks.

If you want to leave and he is controlling you, run, leave, change the locks, do something to get control of your life back again.
This is of course on only a few comments, not hearing the other side or knowing any facts
