How do I get a family member out of a house on my property
Three years ago I let my son who is a single parent of 7 children move into a house that I own and that's own my property that I also live on. Since then his girl friend and her two children have moved in and they have since had a child together. The problem is, is that now they think they are entitled to the house and that they can do whatever they want with the house and property and everything I have on it. I don't charge them rent and we don't have a lease agreement and for most of that time, I've paid the bills since they are in my name. How can I have then evicted before things get worse? We live in Kaufman County in the state of Texas

The fact that they are family members and pay no rent is immaterial. They are tenants and need to be evicted like any tenants.

Give them a 30 day notice to vacate. If they don't vacate by the deadline, then you go to court for an eviction order.

They are tenants, and you treat them just like anyone else that would be renting your home. The fact they do not pay rent does not matter. Use formal eviction though the courts.
