Co-owned property selling/transferring my half to another family member
We co-own a piece of property with a hunting camp on it with my brother. My parents would like to purchase my "share". How do I go about changing the deed to reflect this?

Is the property owned, 'free and clear'? In other words, is there any debt against the property? If there is going to be money changing hands, you should have an attorney prepare a deed and closing statement because the IRS requires the appropriate 1099.
