    Can you use the rheum xr90 as the heating boiler for an 800 sq. ft. apartment?
    I have an 800 sq ft apartment in NJ. Can I use my rheem xr90 water heater as the hot water boiler??

    That water heater is dual certified (space & potable water heating) & at 60,000btu/hr, it certainly should have enough capacity.
