    Why? ANONYMITY, OPPORTUNITIES TO ACT OUT

    Are they useful to different ages? MAYBE
    Why? MAYBE TO STAY IN TOUCH OR MAKE NEW "FRIENDS"

    Are they useful to persons with disabilities? MAYBE
    Why? HOMEBOUND PERSON CAN GET "OUT OF THE HOUSE" ELECTRONICALLY
