    Unicell Oil Furnace
    The burner starts but the fan will not kick on.. could it be the thermostat sub base or fan limit switch circuit board?

    If it has a fan/limit switch, check for 120 volts from the fan terminal to ground. This measurement must be made after the dial rotates past the fan on setting.
