    Missouri eviction laws
    I bought my house.My boyfriend moved in with me His name is not on house. I can't talk to him about anything without him yelling at me.I don't want him here.I want him to leave. I have told him I wanted him to leave. He won't.He keeps on making things worse.He won't help around the house. I told him his chores would be keep the yard up take the trash out and clean up after himself. He refuses. How can I get him out?He drinks and sleeps all the time

    I have told him I wanted him to leave.
    Don't TELL him, give him a written notice to vacate:

    To <insert name>
    This is to notify you that you need to vacate the premises at <insert address> before Nov 1 2013. If you have not done so by that date. I will be forced to obtain an eviction order to physically remove you.

    Give this to him by Oct 1 (Tuesday). Then check with your local housing court on the process of filing for an eviction order. On Nov 1, if he has not left, go to court for an order.

    Agree, you evict him like you would any renter or tenant,
