I bought my house.My boyfriend moved in with me His name is not on house. I can't talk to him about anything without him yelling at me.I don't want him here.I want him to leave. I have told him I wanted him to leave. He won't.He keeps on making things worse.He won't help around the house. Don't TELL him, give him a written notice to vacate:

This is to notify you that you need to vacate the premises at <insert address> before Nov 1 2013. If you have not done so by that date. I will be forced to obtain an eviction order to physically remove you.

Give this to him by Oct 1 (Tuesday). Then check with your local housing court on the process of filing for an eviction order. On Nov 1, if he has not left, go to court for an order.
