    I have a kenmore elite electric dryer model number 79682199900 and the check filter
    I have a kemore elite dryer and the check filter light and cl is flashing for control lock I have cleaned the filter how can I clear the lights? Model number 79682199900

    Hi jocquinn and welcome, have you tried unplugging the unit for a few minutes?

    You need to tear down that dryer and clean it to keep it running.

I have a Kenmore Elite Electric dryer, model 110.64992300 that will not heat. I suspect the heater relay is bad, but I can't open up the top console to get to the electronics. Do you know how to open it or have directions showing how? I don't want to break anything.
