    I have black spots on my arms and back
    Hello I had eczema skin when I was 12but now I have black spots on my arm and back.

    Where did you get that idea?
    We can't tell you what the spots are. They could be related to your eczema, or not. Please see a dermatologist. If you have had unprotected sex with uncertain partners, get tested for all STDs, but don't leap into assumptions.

    I agree with joypulv... thats a HUGE leap to make. Unless you are in one of the high risk groups such as a drug abuser or sleeping with someone infected or was a drug abuser... its most likely something completely unrelated. Particularly if you are of an ethnicity that has skin pigmentation darker than the average white person. A dermatologist would be the correct specialist to see if there is anything that can be done about them.

    HIV/AIDS?

    I can come up with many different things they might be, benign or otherwise, but none of them reach into the zone of a STD. As smoothy and joypulv said, get tested to figure out what it is. Don't rely on internet people. We are ignorant of most medical test/practices and could give you the wrong idea or wrong advice.
