Where did you get that idea?
We can't tell you what the spots are. They could be related to your eczema, or not. Please see a dermatologist. If you have had unprotected sex with uncertain partners, get tested for all STDs, but don't leap into assumptions.

I agree with joypulv... thats a HUGE leap to make. Unless you are in one of the high risk groups such as a drug abuser or sleeping with someone infected or was a drug abuser... its most likely something completely unrelated. Particularly if you are of an ethnicity that has skin pigmentation darker than the average white person. A dermatologist would be the correct specialist to see if there is anything that can be done about them.

    HIV/AIDS?

I can come up with many different things they might be, benign or otherwise, but none of them reach into the zone of a STD. As smoothy and joypulv said, get tested to figure out what it is. Don't rely on internet people. We are ignorant of most medical test/practices and could give you the wrong idea or wrong advice.
