    ETG test and exposure to foods made with alcohol
    Hi Dr. Bill: I had an ETG test today at 9:30AM (Tuesday) and accidentally ate a piece of beef that had been marinated (only warmed) in rum and barbecue sauce on Sunday around 6:00PM. My previous alcohol consumption was two coors light beers on Friday (4 days prior). The beef seemed to be heavily marinated in rum as it was very obvious once I put it in my mouth. (I have not drank liquor in over a month so maybe I was sensitive to it.) My last urination was at 12:30AM today (Tuesday) prior to the urine I provided at 9:30AM for the ETG test. Should I be concerned about an ETG test coming back positive and if so, at what level would a mishap like this generally come back at? Many thanks...
