    ETG test & incidental exposure
    Hello
I am drug court and this week started ETG testing. I have not drank at all. I am only concerned because I do use Old spice deodorant(the stick, not spray)) and the first ingredient is alcohol dentat, and I also use a 2 spurts of hair spray in the morning. Is this enough to cause a false positive due to incidental exposure? Maybe I am a little paranoid, but I'm reading all kinds of warnings about this test, and have a lot riding being clean... please help me get some piece of mind!

Is Dr Bill not around.. Basically I want to know if using a stick deodorant with alcohol dentat(old spice orignial)t, and a couple spurts of hair spray in the morning could make me fail a EtG test which was taken around 2pm that same day. I don't know what cutoff the lab uses, its Bendiner & Schlesinger in Brooklyn, NY

(also my hair conditioner has some alcohols in it... my outpatient told me nothing about incidental exposure before the test, and results get reported to my drug court)

Dr. Bill, I've been sober for almost 3 weeks and am set to start my treatment for diversion on WED morning, with a urine test(I'm guessing drugs and EtG) somewhere between 9-12PM PST. At 3PM PST today, I squeezed Purell onto my right hand without thinking and then quickly washed it off. Am I...
