    Melanoma?
    My elderly neighbor suddenly had multiple deep pitted things show up on his face that looked like blackheads and he was diagnosed with melanoma. I have two spots like this on my upper back and wonder what I should do.

    You should go to the doctor for a proper diagnosis, just like your neighbor did.
