    Hi there

    I took a home pregnancy test and it came back positive what I am asking will a pregnancy test at a health department come back positive at just weeks?

    Typically a positive is a positive. Doesn't matter where it is done.

    Yes, very seldom is there a false positive, so you are pregnant. You may want to start arrangements for the obgyn and confirm it, and start plans for baby
