The terminal board on my heat/ac unit has letters C,W, R, G, Y.
I have a RUUD heat & ac unit I replaced the indoor switch, indoor run compactor, and inside blower motor. The wires do not match the letter on the terminal board, There are two set s of wires, both has only 4 wire and the color matches B, Y.R. G. what do I do. The inside motor comes on ,but the outside does not.

You should not have changed any low voltage wiring just to change a fan motor. What did you find that required you to change the low voltage wiring? It should have been a very simple and easy change out of the fan motor where nothing else was affected. If the outside unit won't run you are not energizing Y and C to the outside unit. "B" is probably Common which is the other side of transformer opposite "R." R is switched through the t-stat to go to Y for outside unit along with Common. It's not rocket science. You need to use a meter to check it and to know how to wire it. If you do not have one do not work on it. It is never done without a meter to check what you have.
