Water continues to run into toilet bowl.
We have water constantly trickling in front of toilet bowl. Replaced flush valve & flapper twice, fill valve, bowl gasket. Still runs. Any advice other than replacing toilet?
    Thanks

Check overflow pipe. Water should be about 1/2'' below top. This can be adjusted by lowering the float.

Is the water level in the tank set so high its running into the overflow tube?

If not you might have a dirty or damaged seat the flapper valve seals against... Pull up the flapper valve and run your finger around that seat... it should feel smooth and consistent to the touch.

The flapper seat seems fine. But It seems to be something with the flapper... when the water gets below the flapper, it stops leaking into bowl. We replaced flapper twice and whole flush valve assembly twice. Still leaks.

Not the flapper itself... the part the flapper closes against... cometimes a piece of crud can get on it during a flush and keep it from sealing... sometimes if its old enough they can actually wear... when that happens even a new flapper won't make a tight seal.

Make sure that the little tube from the fill valve to the overflow pipe is attached to the top of the overflow pipe and not stuffed down into the pipe.
