    Pelvic pains. Could I be pregnant?
    My fiancé and I have been trying to get pregnant.today I've started having pelvic pains and lately I've been getting bad migraines.could they be early on symptoms of pregnancy?

    The first sign of pregnancy is a missed period. Other symptoms come later. So, if you haven't missed a period yet, it's unlikely that any other symptoms you're feeling are related to pregnancy.

    That's not to say you aren't pregnant, I'm just saying that you shouldn't attribute any symptoms to a possible pregnancy.

    Wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, then test using first morning urine.
