    Bipolar
I'm depressed and have strong anxiety attacks. I'm getting help from my local GP with sleep medication. And I'm also seeing someone who's meant to be helping me deal with my anxiety.
But I have a feeling I also have Bi polar disorder.
I have asked many questions to my local nurse, GP and counsellor but no one will answer me.
I have read up online about symptoms
(I know things on the internet can be fake but I had no choice no one was answering my questions)
And I have many of them.
Could you possibly tell me a way of knowing how you have it?

I get aggravated at the smallest things. And when I do I scratch, my arms, face and neck, causing un attractive scars. My moods will go from amazingly high to all time lows. I have been in situations where I have wanted to end my own life.
