    Dislocated shoulder
    OK I have a dislocating shoulder it grinds when I move it and almost always pops out and back in again, I always have pain and numbness. What does this mean? Please help me find out what this is.

    If it keeps popping out you have damage that's going to likely need surgery... but in any case we can't diagnose it online... between the grinding and popping and numbness you are going to have to see a doctor. They will most likely have an MRI done to find out what is really going on..

    I've been through this before. It doesn't get better on its own.
