    Twitch in both eyelids
Hello, I have had a twitch in both eyelids for over a month now, my upper eyelid on my right eye and my lower lid on my left. Sometimes it is worse on different days, other days its not so bad. I have had it before but it only lasted a few days not over mont. I am just worried why they are doing this

The most common cause is simple eye strain mixed with fatigue. Tell us what you do all day, do you wear glasses or contacts, and when was the last time you went to an optometrist, if ever?
Also, would you say that you are in good health, and do you eat a healthy diet, don't smoke, are on no medications of any kind?

Well I work on a computer all day so I am guessing this is a big factor? Sometimes I feel my eyes get too tired to look at the screen. I don't smoke and I would say I have a healthy diet and I do exercise. I am also on no medication, the only thing I tried was multivitamins to see if it would help but it didn't.
I haven't seen an optometrist before. My vision and everything is fine it's just the eyelids.

Could be too much caffeine, stress, lack of sleep, lack of magnesium, potassiium, amino acid cysteine
