    Muscle twitch
    I have this uncomfortable pounding/ muscle twitch in my back, It feels like it's happening on my shoulder blade. It starts to pound really fast and I feel winded/ out of breath. I was wondering what It Is and how to make it stop.

    What are you doing when this happens. How long has it happened. How often does it happen.
    Have you had any injury lately ?

    it happens when I'm walking, sitting, I wake up with it and just like at random times. It's been happening for a month now, and it happens like once or twice a day. And a medical issue, they said was severe migraines that will probably last until my +30's but I don't think that it has a correlation to that.
