    What is wrong with me, I am always hot
    No matter what time I'm always hot, winter and summer, I sweat a lot, I checked my blood pressure it's fine, I have a fan on in winter time and I cannot enjoy myself going for a walk, please help

    I wonder if it's perimenopause, the very early stages of menopause. Have your periods been regular or spotty or anything different than usual?

    I highly recommend you visit your gynecologist, or at least your regular doctor, and talk about this.

    It could also be thyroid. Have you had your thyroid checked lately?

    I've always had a problem with my periods, but it's under control now, maybe I should talk to my doctor, thank you
