    Flying with a Misdemeanor bench warrant
    Can I fly from CA to NYC with a misdemeanor bench warrant without getting accidentally arrested?

    Nothing accidental about it... it would be on purpose.

    And yes you can get caught and arrested even for a routine traffic stop... police always run a check for outstanding warrants...

I don't know really I want to know Well let me rephrase that, I want to know because I have a warrant and really need to go meet my aunt and then come back to VA. But I guess ill know on the 24th, I hope I make it safely... I have never flown.
