    Flying with bench warrant
    I don't know really I want to know


    Well let me rephrase that, I want to know because I have a warrant and really need to go meet my aunt and then come back to VA. But I guess ill know on the 24th, I hope I make it safely... I have never flown.

    Chances are good that you will be stopped at the airport closest to the state with the warrant. At least detained while they run a check to see if that department wants to come get you.

    So personally I would say do not make plans to really ever get on the plane, and if you do, then very likely they will be waiting at the gate on your return flight

    Consider driving to where you need to go
