Can someone prevent me from getting a K1-visa?
Hi. Im a woman live in Philippines. My fiancé is getting a k1-visa so I can go to US. My only worry is that I had an ex boyfriend, I think he's obsessed with me. I broke up with him almost a year nowm I only heard about him once after that he doesn't call anymore. Do you think he can do something to prevent me from getting my visa?

Like what? No... you can't live in that kind of fear.
Yes, people can make up stories and even report them to authorities, but without proof they are meaningless.
What are you imagining? He doesn't even contact you.

I broke up with him because he is crazy. Back when we were together he always told me that he take revenge all the time. That's why I'm worried because I'm happy now with my fiancé. Its north possible that he can do something mean like that right? By the way my ex lives in CA now.

Abusive people use statements like that to control, to cause fear.
You must not give him the satisfaction of thinking that you live in fear. It's over, he's gone, he's probably controlling someone else now. Let it out of your mind. I can't think of anything he could possibly do. How does he even know your plans?

I have no idea if he knows my plan. But when we were together before he always wanted to stalk me. And tell me if I did wrong he will know because he will hire someone like detectives. He's very creepy. So glad I had chance to broke up with him

People sue over 'gifts' all the time and lose. The only exception is in some US states there are laws about returning diamond engagement rings.
