    How to file for motion of dismissal on a modification due to no significant change in
    My kids father has served me with a modification for child and medical support saying I have a 10% increase in my income witch is un-true I have a dcreese and have had another child. How do I file to get this modification dismissed since there has been NO significant chang?

    Family courts are generally more informal. Ask the court clerk how to file, but a simple statement that your income has decreased accompanied by copies of your paystubs showing the decrease should suffice
