Had new bathroom fitted about a month ago, all was working well, now the hot water both upstairs and downstairs is only luke warm. Ant suggestions
It is a Moen single handle faucet. I have replaced the cartridge but I still only get hot water for a few seconds and then it is still only luke warm.

Why are my radiators and water luke warm? My gas cooker is also not working properly, when I turn the gas on it lights the ring but there is hardly any flame, is this linked? Its natural Gas.
