OK. So I had sex June the 15 & got my normal flowing period June 18. It was 5 days .light then heavy then light spotting at the end. I know it is possible for some women to bleed or get their period when pregnant. I asked a doctor online & he said to take a test this morning & it was negative (first response ) any chance I could still be pregnant?

I doubt you are pregnant but, yes, you could be. The usual recommendation is to test 1st thing in the morning (morning urine) when you are 10 days late.

I'm always curious - why did you have unprotected sex? People have posted that they have gotten pregnant using two forms of birth control. I always wonder why women don't protect themselves if they don't want a child at this point in their lives.

If you have had your period chances of you being pregnant are slim. But it is still possible.

You had sexual intercourse on June 15. That was only 1 week and a few days ago.

I suggest waiting until your next period. If you do not get your cycle in July, then wait two weeks until your missed period and take a HPT using your first mornings urine.

The normal test recommendation is when you are 10 days late using first morning urine.
