    Me and my girl friend had a physical contact when she was having her periods
    We didn't had sex but my penis touched her vagina
    I didn't even had ejaculation
    But for a safer side I gave her ipill within few hours
    Is there any chances of getting pregnant

    Probably not, but with about a billion fertile women in the world at any moment, one or two somehow get pregnant this way. Studies can't be very scientific. One of countless tiny sperm escapes, manages to get into the vagina and up the fallopian tube and find a fertile egg.
    Don't hand out morning after pills so easily. Remember that there is really no drug in the world that doesn't have it's own risks.
