    While taking a shower my water level rising in my toilet
    While taking a shower upstairs my water level rises in my downstairs toilet.

    You have a partial blockage downstream from the toilet. The solution is to snake the line. This can be done from one of two places.
    1- pull the toilet and snake from there. Or
    2-snake from the lavatory roof vent. Put out enough snake to reach the base and 15 feet more. Good luck, Tom
