Hi I'm 29 and missed to periods now I keep spotting a dark brown color I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Right now I'm bloated and in the morning I get cramps could this mean I'm pregnant?

I think you are just having "old blood" period. This happens sometimes. If you were pregnant, the test would more than likely show positive and you would have more pregnancy symptoms. Bloating and cramps are not pregnancy symptoms.

Since you have missed two periods now, I would definitely suggest seeing your doctor. They can order a blood test for you to check for the hcg amounts in your system.(as you may be pregnant, but your hcg levels just aren't high enough yet to register on hpts. Some women don't register on hpts for several months. I have even heard of some never registering on hpts.) you might be pregnant, or you might not. Either way, it would be a good idea to see your doctor to find out what is going on. You don't nescisarily have to exhibit a lot of pregnancy symptoms to be pregnant. Some women never experience any pregnancy symptoms. Every woman and every pregnancy is different. I would suggest you get into your doctor as soon as possible. I am simply answering your question that bloating and cramps are not a pregnancy symptom and that spotting brown is old blood-sometimes that is all you do when you have your period. Spotting brown is not a sign of pregnancy. I am not saying that you aren't pregnant but I believe more than likely you are not.
