    Medical Question - I am 13 years old and over weight
    I am 13 years old and over weight can I take these pills to boost your metabolism or will I get hurt? I am tired of people saying oh just go play outside and eat right but it isn't that easy so can I take these. It says to not take them if you are under 18 but I mean what's it going to do to me kill me?     At your age? Yeah, they can kill you. Maybe not right now, but when you are older. Fad diets and pills are only a temporary fix, when that weight comes back on, and it will, you will end up gaining more than you lost.

    The best thing for you, and anyone of any age, trying to lose weight is proper exercise and a healthy diet.
