I am 13 years old and over weight can I take these pills to boost your metabolism or will I get hurt? I am tired of people saying oh just go play outside and eat right but it isn't that easy so can I take these. At your age? Yeah, they can kill you. Maybe not right now, but when you are older. Fad diets and pills are only a temporary fix, when that weight comes back on, and it will, you will end up gaining more than you lost.
