    If felony deportation occurs are we still married
    My husband was deported for a felony. We were married in the u ited states, he was from Mexico. Are we still leagaly married

    Yes you are... so get a divorce (and uncomplicate your life)... or move to Mexico... because he's not getting back in legally OR ever getting a green card.

    You're still married, deportation does not automatically terminate your marriage.
    If you want to move on without him, then file for the divorce in the county where you reside.
