No, it wouldn't be possible as it takes the fertilized egg several days to travel to the uterus for implantation to occur.
Simply put, a fertilized egg is not considered "being pregnant."

I recommend you watch this Nova video. It takes about an hour, but is extraordinary with some very interesting microimagry. This is extremely informative and very easy to understand.
NOVA | Life's Greatest Miracle
It takes about an hour to watch, but is very well worth the hour of time it takes.

I will take your advice - I am curious why the
72 hour pill is also called the abortion pill if it isn't - hopefully the video will explain that.

As I understand it the pill works by preventing a fertilized egg from implanting, effectively aborting the pregnancy.

But there is no pregnancy yet if the fertilized egg hasn't implanted, thus technically not an abortion.

WG summed up my question - if the egg is not implanted, there's no pregnancy. Maybe it's "forbidden" birth control but it's certainly not an abortion. - ?

It's a matter of semantics really. It prevents implantation by causing the uterus to be a hostile environment.

I took a HPT the day after my missed period and it was positive. It was a digital first response. The next week I took 3 more tests and all were negative. I still have symptoms and I am now 2 weeks late on my period. I have a doctor's visit scheduled for the day that I would be 4 weeks late.
