    Can I get pregnant if?
Hi I have a question, this is kind of embarrassing well I had sex with my boyfriend and we always use protection so in this occasion we used it but the condom got stuck in my vagina and when I took it out there was no sperm in it because it all over my part, so I was wondering if I can get pregnant because of that? Please let me know as soon as you can. Thanks.

Yes, you can get pregnant this way. You can even get pregnant if you are using the condom perfectly correct.

I got pregnant using the pill AND the condom, not once, but twice.

Just food for thought for you.

I don't use pills or nothing like that just condoms but this time I'm really nervous because I wasn't expecting it to happen, all this happened yesterday but still I'm freaking out

ANY time there is penile insertion there is the risk of pregnancy. You can reduce the risk but not eliminate it.

So if you are engaging in sexual intercourse then you are risking getting pregnant.

It's too early for any kind of pregnancy symptoms.

    Too early.

You are not even technically pregnant after just two days.

Way too early. Do you know how pregnancy works? The sperm hasn't even met the egg after two days. No way that these symptoms are pregnancy related. You most likely have a cold or the flu, or some other illness. Or it's all in your head.

That's not to say you aren't pregnant. You had sex, so it's possible. But after 2 days there's no way you'd have any symptoms at all. You'll have to wait until your period is at least two weeks late, then test using first morning urine.

Maybe J9 can come along with some info on this - I am reading that pregnancy cannot occur in two days, that it takes a long time for the sperm to reach the egg.

Then I'm reading on WebMD According to WebMD that "the fastest sperm can get to a fallopian tube is about 30 minutes, meaning that the quickest conception could occur following sex is in the half-hour range . This means that, following sex, the egg could be fertilized before you've gotten up to get a drink of water."

    Which is it?

It's both Judy. What you read on WebMD can happen under the most perfect of conditions. How often that happens is not common though.

Even if the OP had this happen under perfect conditions, she still would not be experiencing symptoms after only 2 days as the egg has not implanted and started making the pregnancy hormone that causes the symptoms.

Okay, agreed no symptoms but would she be pregnant? I guess I'm asking if it's possible to be pregnant within, say, 24 hours, 12 hours, something along those lines?
