I have been searching for a song for a long time now it must have been mid 2000's was a dance/electro song the video was a man in a beach like area looking for a woman with a photo of her I believe he finds her at the end also can anyone help?

I am trying to find the song that goes with the video of a thin black guy in a yellow cardigan/sweater in a smokey dim bar singing about a girl who is in a very short one piece skirt in the video. There is a band also but can't remember much about them.
Basically it's a band of guys who seem to be in a bathroom because each player get their own stall.. the drummer.. singer.. guitarist and some scenes they are all smooshed into one stall.. really good rock/pop music.. sorry I'm really not good at explaining but so have you ever seen a music video...
